Set the work, the rest and the rounds, press start, and listen for the cues. A higher tone for work, a lower one for rest, and ticks for the last three seconds.

Intervals only work if the switches happen on time, and counting seconds in your head while working hard is how a thirty-second rest becomes fifty. An interval timer takes the counting away: a tone tells you when to go and when to stop, so all of your attention can go on the work.
Short hard efforts with short rests, for as many rounds as you set.
One exercise per round, with the rest as the time to move to the next station.
Hard and easy efforts on a road or a track, cued by sound so you can keep your eyes up.
Set rest to zero and one minute per round: start each set at the top of the minute.
It starts at 40 seconds of work, 20 of rest and 10 rounds. Pick a preset or change any of the three underneath the timer.
A 10-second countdown gives you time to get into position, then the first round begins with a tone.
A higher tone starts each work period and a lower one each rest, with ticks for the last three seconds. The round count shows how many are left.
A chime marks the end of the last round. Press go again to repeat the whole set.
The start-strength-training plan is three sessions a week, a handful of movements, and adding weight slowly enough to keep doing it. In EvyOS each session can be a habit with a streak, so the weeks add up where you can see them.
EvyOS holds the goals, projects, tasks, habits and skills the timer is in service of, and keeps the streak of the sessions you actually did.
