One link, everybody's own phone, and 24 prompts about the habits your colleagues have definitely noticed.
You get a link to send. 3-24 players, about 10-15 min. Nobody needs an account, including you.
The prompt is not the funny part. What makes this work is the moment the votes come up and somebody has seven and did not see it coming, or the room splits exactly down the middle and both halves are certain.
So the round does not rush. Everybody votes, the result appears all at once, and then there is a pause where people say 'who voted for me' and nobody admits it. That pause is where the actual team building happens, and it is the reason this beats a round of introductions.
Every prompt is about a habit, a taste or a harmless vanity: browser tabs, punctuality, opinions about coffee. None of them touch competence, workload, pay or attendance.
That is a deliberate limit rather than a lack of nerve. A team game that produces an awkward conversation with a manager afterwards has failed at the only thing it was for, and 'most likely to get fired' is not something a company should be publishing at its own staff.
Pick how many rounds you want and press start. You get a link and nothing else to configure.
Everyone opens it and types a name. They do not need an account, an app or anything installed.
Each round shows one prompt and everybody taps a name. The tally appears once the last vote lands.
EvyOS holds the goals, projects and tasks the team goes back to once the game is over.
