Yes. The free plan gives you 2 active goals, 5 active projects, 20 open tasks, 5 habits and 5 skill tracks, all for one person. No credit card required. No time limit. Use it as long as you want. Goals, projects and tasks are counted while they are open, so finishing one gives the slot back.
You get unlimited everything - projects, habits, skills, workspaces - plus progress heatmaps, the AI daily planner, and mobile app access. You can also start sharing: invite family, friends or teammates into a workspace and track things together. Your existing data stays exactly where it is.
That is what workspaces are for. A workspace is a shared space where goals, projects, tasks and habits belong to everyone in it - you can assign tasks to each other, and a shared habit keeps a separate streak for each person. On the free plan you get your own space, just you. Sharing one with anyone else is what Pro is for, and Pro covers five people before a per-person charge starts.
They never pay, and they are never asked for a card - you do. One Pro subscription covers the first five people in each workspace you create, which is most families and every couple. Above five it is $3 per person per month, added to your bill, not theirs. Only the person who created the workspace ever pays anything.
Yes. Connecting an AI client to your account is a Pro feature and is included at no extra cost. You paste one URL into ChatGPT or Claude, approve a consent screen, and the assistant can then read and change your real tasks, projects, goals, habits, skills, notes and calendar. Connections are listed in Settings and can be revoked at any time.
Connecting is checked against each account's own plan, so the subscriber can connect straight away. Someone who joined a shared workspace on your subscription gets full use of the workspace, but would need their own Pro to connect an assistant of their own.
The sixth person joins as normal - nothing is blocked - and $3 per month is added to your subscription for them. Removing someone frees their seat again. The invite panel shows how many of the five are used and tells you before an invite adds a charge, so the first you hear of it is not the invoice.

No. The free plan is not a trial with a clock on it - it is free for as long as you want, with no card required. Use it, see whether the system suits how you work, and upgrade only when a limit starts getting in your way.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Yes. You can switch at any time. If you move from monthly to yearly, the remaining balance on your current cycle is prorated. If you switch from yearly to monthly, the change takes effect at the end of your annual billing period.
Yes. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time with no penalties. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your billing period, after which your account will revert to the free plan. Your data is always yours and will never be deleted.
