Yes. The free plan gives you 2 active goals, 5 active projects, 20 open tasks, 5 habits and 5 skill tracks, all for one person. No credit card required. No time limit. Use it as long as you want. The limits count only open items, so finishing something frees the slot.
Two things. The free plan's ceilings come off, so goals, projects, open tasks, habits and skills become unlimited. And you can start sharing: invite family, friends or teammates into a workspace and track things together, which is the one thing the free plan cannot do at all. Your existing data stays exactly where it is.
Everything the product does is in Personal Pro, for one person: tasks with due dates, times and repeats, the calendar, goals and projects, habits, skills, notes, the printable progress report, the browser extension, and connecting ChatGPT or Claude. Pro's job is to take the free plan's ceilings off. A shared workspace is the separate thing - it exists so other people can be in your system with you, assigning tasks to each other and keeping their own streaks on a shared habit. If you are planning your own life, Personal Pro is the whole product and you do not need a workspace.

Yes. Connecting an AI client to your account works on every plan, including free, at no extra cost. You paste one URL into ChatGPT or Claude, approve a consent screen, and the assistant can then read and change your real tasks, projects, goals, habits, skills, notes and calendar. A free account keeps its free-plan limits through the connector, and Pro lifts them. Connections are listed in Settings and can be revoked at any time.
Yes. Connecting works on every plan, including free, so the subscriber and anyone who joined a shared workspace on your subscription can each connect an assistant of their own.
The sixth person joins as normal - nothing is blocked - and $3 per month is added to your subscription for them. Removing someone frees their seat again. The invite panel shows how many of the five are used and tells you before an invite adds a charge, so the first you hear of it is not the invoice.

No. The free plan is not a trial with a clock on it - it is free for as long as you want, with no card required. Use it, see whether the system suits how you work, and upgrade only when a limit starts getting in your way.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Yes. You can switch at any time. If you move from monthly to yearly, the remaining balance on your current cycle is prorated. If you switch from yearly to monthly, the change takes effect at the end of your annual billing period.
Yes. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time with no penalties. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your billing period, after which your account will revert to the free plan. Your data is always yours and will never be deleted.
Tell us. Pro is month to month and cancelling takes one click, but if you paid for something and it did not do what you expected - a feature that was not working, or was not there - that is our problem rather than yours, and a refund is on the table. Email support and say what happened. We would rather return $15 than keep it from somebody we let down.
