Nobody signs it.

One prompt, everybody writes a line, and then the room has to work out which line belongs to whom.

Why it works

You know these people better than you think.

Given eight anonymous answers to 'the most overrated food', most teams can place five of them immediately. The other three are the game, and they are usually the quiet ones.

It is the only game here where being wrong is the good outcome. Finding out that the person you have sat next to for two years wrote the answer you would have sworn came from somebody else is a better result than getting it right.

Worth knowing

Anonymous while it matters.

Answers are collected before anybody sees anything. Nothing appears on anyone's screen until every player has written something, so there is no reading the room and no answering last with the safe option.

Names attach only at the reveal, all at once. Until then the page a watcher polls does not contain them at all.

✦ How to play

Three steps, and none of them is signing up.

1
Start and share

One link. Everybody joins with a name so the guessing has something to guess at.

2
Everybody writes

One prompt per round, one line each, up to 80 characters. Nothing shows until the last person is done.

3
Guess, then find out

The answers appear shuffled and everyone matches them to names. Points for each one you place correctly.

Questions

Who said it?, answered.

Three at an absolute minimum and it is much better with five to ten. With three, everybody can place everything and there is no game in it. Above about sixteen the matching phase becomes more admin than fun.
They can, which is why this is the one game here that puts text somebody typed onto other people's screens. Answers are capped at 80 characters and the prompts are chosen to be hard to turn into anything unpleasant, but a room is only as sensible as the people in it. Play it with a team, not with strangers.
Only until the room expires, which is a few hours after you stop. There is no account attached to any of it and nothing is retained afterwards.
It shows both, and the round becomes much funnier and much harder. It happens more than you would expect on the food prompts.

The game is free forever.
The rest of it is the hard part.

EvyOS holds the goals, projects and tasks the team goes back to once the game is over.
