You get a link to send. 3-16 players, about 10-15 min. Nobody needs an account, including you.
A quiz that asks everybody the same question tells you whether the team agrees, which you probably already knew. This asks for two things: what you would answer, and what you think a specific colleague would.
The gap between those is where it gets useful. You can be completely right about somebody's work and completely wrong about how they want to hear bad news, and this is one of the few settings where that comes up without anybody having to raise it.
Ideal meeting length. Where you actually do your best thinking. How much notice you want before a change. These are the things a manager might never ask and would benefit from knowing.
It reads as a game because it is one. It just happens to leave the room knowing a set of small facts about each other that make the next month slightly easier.
