Not a list of fifty activities you will scroll past. One thing to do right now, at the top of the meeting you are already in.
16 left in the pack.
Every team building article hands over fifty ideas, and the person who has to pick one is the person who least wants that job. So nobody picks, and the meeting starts the way it always does.
One at a time removes the choosing. Draw, read it out, do it. If it does not suit the room, draw again -- but the default is a decision rather than a browse.
Nothing here needs preparation, materials, breakout rooms or anybody having read something first. They are things a group of people who are already on a call can do immediately.
Several of them are quietly useful rather than only fun: naming what you are stuck on with no solving allowed, or agreeing a two-sentence description of what the team does, tend to be the ones people mention afterwards.
One challenge, at random, from sixteen.
Most take between two and five minutes.
They do not repeat until the pack is exhausted.
EvyOS holds the goals, projects and tasks the team goes back to once the game is over.
