Careers move by visible increments, not by accumulated effort. Nobody is promoted for having worked hard; they are promoted because somebody with authority can point at a thing and say that person did it. The gap between those two facts is where most quietly frustrated careers live.

Name where you are and where you are going.
Everything is worked out in this page and saved in this browser only. Nothing is sent anywhere.
A level, a kind of work, or a named role. "More senior" cannot be planned towards.
Two to four years for a real step. Under a year is a project, not a career move.
Capability takes the longest and everything downstream waits on it.
So a roadmap is not a list of skills to acquire, it is a sequence of things that will exist and that people will have seen. This lays them out across the time you have given it, in the order that actually works: capability first because it is the slowest, then visible delivery, then the people who will be asked about you, then the ask itself.
The last stage is the one people skip. Nobody has ever been promoted by somebody who did not know they wanted it.
This works something out and then forgets it. It cannot tell you whether the number moved, because it has no memory of the last time you ran it and no idea what you did in between. Every calculator on the internet has that limit, and if it has never bothered you then this one is yours for free for good.
EvyOS is the same structure with the work recorded against it. Send the result across and it becomes real goals, tasks or habits with their dates — then the next answer is computed from what actually happened rather than from what you remember typing.
Goals, projects, tasks, habits and skills in one system, with the work logged against what it belonged to.
