Productivity dashboardWhat you did,
not what you meant to.

Most productivity dashboards measure activity, which is the easiest thing to count and the least useful. Hours logged, tasks closed and messages answered all go up when you are busy and none of them go up only when you are doing the right work. A dashboard built out of those numbers rewards a bad week that felt full.

Free, no sign-up. Saves in your browser, downloads as a PDF or a spreadsheet, and imports into EvyOS in one click.

✦ How to use it

Three things that make it work.

1
Choose outputs

Words written, not hours at the desk. Customers spoken to, not calls scheduled. The number should be hard to fake.

2
Fill it in daily

Sixty seconds. A dashboard reconstructed on Friday is fiction.

3
Compare, do not judge

The gap between the plan and the record is the finding. There is nothing else to do with it.

This one has three parts. The focus, which is what the week is for. The numbers, which you choose — and the instruction is to choose outputs rather than efforts. And the record, which is filled in after the fact, because the difference between what you planned and what happened is the only genuinely diagnostic thing on the page.

It saves in this browser. Print it, keep it beside you, or send the week into EvyOS where the numbers keep themselves.

✦ The limit

A plan is not a record.

This page holds what you intend. It cannot tell you what you did, because nothing on it knows whether the checkpoint on the fourteenth happened, whether the habit ran for nine days or two, or which goal has quietly not moved since March. That is the honest limit of every template, printed or otherwise, and if it has never bothered you then this one is yours for free for good.

EvyOS is the same structure with the work recorded against it. Send this sheet across and the goals, checkpoints and habits arrive as real records with their dates — then progress comes from what you tick off rather than from you remembering to come back and update a slider.

Questions

Productivity dashboard, answered.

Things that only move when the work happens. Drafts finished, features shipped, conversations had, sessions completed. Avoid hours and avoid task counts: both rise reliably during a week spent on the wrong things, which makes them worse than no measurement at all.
It is if it takes more than a minute a day, which is why the sheet is short and the numbers are few. The test is whether it changes a decision — if three months of data never made you do anything differently, stop collecting it.
Record daily, read weekly. Reading it daily makes a normal bad Tuesday feel like a trend, and there is nothing useful to do with a one-day signal.
On this page you get the current week, saved in your browser, and a PDF or spreadsheet for each one you want to keep. If you want the history kept and totalled for you, that is what importing into EvyOS is for.
The sheet is built for one person, but the shape works for a small team if the metrics are shared. EvyOS workspaces do the team version properly, with the work visible to everyone rather than copied between documents.

Keep the plan.
And the record of doing it.

Goals, projects, tasks, habits and skills in one system, with the work logged against what it belonged to.
