Personal projects almost never end in a decision. They end in a fortnight where nothing happened, then another one, and eventually in a quiet embarrassment about the folder. The mechanism is usually not lack of time — it is that the next step was never small enough to start on a tired Wednesday, so every session began with ten minutes of working out where you were.
Free, no sign-up. Saves in your browser, downloads as a PDF or a spreadsheet, and imports into EvyOS in one click.
Finished pieces, not phases. "Design" is not a milestone; "the three screens exist" is.
Ideas you are not doing yet. Writing them down is what stops them leaking into the active list.
Everything you type is saved in this browser only. Fill in a row or two and the download and import options will have something to work with.
Physical and small. "Open the file and fix the header" beats "work on site" by a wide margin.
Active, paused, or dead. Three active projects and four honest pauses beats seven pretend-active ones.
Every review, look for one project to move to dead. The relief is the point.
This tracker fixes the two things that cause that. Every project has a written next action, small and concrete. And every project has a state, including the states "paused on purpose" and "dead", which are legitimate and enormously freeing to write down.
The parking lot at the bottom is the most useful part for most people. Four active projects is a lot; the rest belong in a list you can look at without guilt.
This page holds what you intend. It cannot tell you what you did, because nothing on it knows whether the checkpoint on the fourteenth happened, whether the habit ran for nine days or two, or which goal has quietly not moved since March. That is the honest limit of every template, printed or otherwise, and if it has never bothered you then this one is yours for free for good.
EvyOS is the same structure with the work recorded against it. Send this sheet across and the goals, checkpoints and habits arrive as real records with their dates — then progress comes from what you tick off rather than from you remembering to come back and update a slider.
Goals, projects, tasks, habits and skills in one system, with the work logged against what it belonged to.
