A spread team has a small amount of shared waking time and usually wastes it on things that could have been written. This measures the actual overlap, decides what it is reserved for, and moves everything else off it.
Free on any plan. You will see this list again in the app, and nothing is created until you press install.
The overlap protected, everything else written.
Then decide what it is reserved for.
So the gap is a feature rather than a delay.
Two hours of genuine overlap is plenty if it is spent on things that need a conversation, and useless if spent on updates somebody could have read.\n\nA standing arrangement where the same region is always awake at an unreasonable hour is a resignation waiting to happen, and it is almost never anybody's explicit decision.
Write things down by default, meet on purpose, and stop pretending the office is coming back.
Write the decisions down, shrink the calendar, and agree what actually needs a reply today.
Audit the calendar, give every recurring meeting a purpose, and delete what has none.
A space, a start and an end to the day, and the boundaries that make it sustainable.
It takes one press. Everything it creates is tagged, so if it turns out not to suit you, it is easy to find and remove together.
