Procrastination is not one thing, which is why general advice about it so rarely works. Avoiding a task because it is genuinely unclear needs a completely different response from avoiding one you are afraid of doing badly, and both are different again from avoiding one you have quietly decided is not worth doing.
Free, no sign-up. Worked out in your browser, nothing sent anywhere, and the result imports into EvyOS.
Name the thing you are avoiding.
Everything is worked out in this page and saved in this browser only. Nothing is sent anywhere.
Not procrastination in general. The causes differ per task and the mixed answer is useless.
The diagnosis matters only because it picks the intervention. The step is the part that does anything.
Every first step here is sized to be startable now. Scheduling it for later is the thing you were already doing.
Applying the wrong fix makes it worse. Telling somebody paralysed by perfectionism to break the task down gives them a longer list to be perfect about; telling somebody whose task is genuinely ambiguous to just start means starting six times and stopping six times.
Six questions, one diagnosis, and a first step sized to the actual cause. If the diagnosis is wrong the second-place cause is shown too — you will usually recognise which one is yours immediately.
This works something out and then forgets it. It cannot tell you whether the number moved, because it has no memory of the last time you ran it and no idea what you did in between. Every calculator on the internet has that limit, and if it has never bothered you then this one is yours for free for good.
EvyOS is the same structure with the work recorded against it. Send the result across and it becomes real goals, tasks or habits with their dates — then the next answer is computed from what actually happened rather than from what you remember typing.
Goals, projects, tasks, habits and skills in one system, with the work logged against what it belonged to.
